1. Overview

At Blushberry Skin Science, we strive to deliver high-quality skincare products with utmost care.
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.
However, in rare cases where an incorrect or defective product is delivered, we are happy to assist you with a replacement or refund, subject to the terms below.


2. Eligibility for Return or Refund

You are eligible for a return or refund only if:

  • The product received is wrong, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

  • You raise a request within 7 days of delivery.

  • You provide proper unboxing video evidence clearly showing:

    • The package being opened for the first time.

    • The condition of the product received.

    • The invoice and outer packaging.

Without valid video proof, refund or replacement requests will not be accepted.


3. How to Raise a Return or Refund Request

To raise a request:

  1. Email us at hello@blushberry.in within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include:

    • Your order ID, registered mobile number, and date of purchase.

    • The unboxing video showing the issue clearly.

  3. Our team will review the evidence and respond within 35 business days.

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund as per your request.


4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • The product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • The unboxing video is missing, unclear, or incomplete.

  • The return request is raised after 7 days of delivery.

  • The product was purchased during sale, offer, or clearance periods.

  • Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality.


5. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 710 business days.

  • If the replacement is preferred, a new product will be dispatched after the returned item (if applicable) is verified.


6. Shipping for Returns (if applicable)

If a return is required, we will provide return instructions via email.
In most cases, Blushberry Skin Science will arrange the reverse pickup at no extra charge for approved defective/wrong product claims.
